Display 4D (3D + time) in XTK -

i trying show medical image known swi in xtk. single volume (timepoint) swi displays well. however, acquire these images @ multiple timepoints ending 4d images. possible extend xtk 4d? can supply sample data.

followup: i'm working on fork of xtk @ https://github.com/bwagnerwork/x implement this.
