i can't connect oracle 12 database through sql*net
tracing backwards tnsping result follows:

the host ip unresolvable computer. don't know getting it's not nat address of host or of router, it's @ to the lowest degree 30 hops away per ping.
tnsnames.ora:

my sqlnet.ora:

when alter tnsnames.ora follows:

my environment:

i can remove tnsnames.ora file , original message not beingness used.
i tried changing sqlnet.ora to:
# sqlnet.ora network configuration file: /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1/network/admin/sqlnet.ora # generated oracle configuration tools. #names.directory_path= (tnsnames, onames, hostname) names.directory_path= (hostname,tnsnames, onames)
and makes no difference
so whatever hostname adapter or how configured seems problem. note "used parameter files:" empty
i exported tns_admin
export tns_admin=/home/u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1/network/admin
but still no parameter files beingness used. have read permissions on file.
i suspect has sqlnet.ora file, have run out of ideas.
