java - Shortcuts in Eclipse work intermittently or don't work at all -

in ubuntu, using eclipse luna, experience shortcuts stop working (for example: ctrl + c, ctrl + z, ctrl + r).

sometimes i'm able "get around" clicking outside code editor (for example, clicking on folder in project explorer window) , click in code editor. of course of study annoying , inefficient haven't been able find way it.

i have checked ubuntu not replacing shortcuts other actions.

do have ideas be?
