sharepoint 2013 - The connection point "BDWP item"" on "g_GUID" is disabled -

when add together new external content type in designer , press "create profile pages" gives me error "the connnection point "bdwp item" on "g_(guid)" disabled.

i've looked in central admin , gives me exact same error pointing webpart pages error.

i've looked on net , found 1 reference error claiming has difference between foundation , enterprise however, on enterprise (enterprise license).

any clues?
