i writing application contain grid main view, in grid view have imageviews, , have spinner sorting in actionbar, , want implement this:

when alter menu spinner menu want objects move automatically in position, illustration have photo , and have 3 categories in spinner menu, when take 1 of them, want fade irrelevant photos , move position automatically, google keep, when drag & drop note, move automatically same size in position , coordinate on screen.

i have link, implement mean in website. want know how can implement in android application?!
