OSX 10.9.5, Gnuplot 4.6.6 and XQuartz 2.7.7 don't work together -



OSX 10.9.5, Gnuplot 4.6.6 and XQuartz 2.7.7 don't work together -

i'm trying utilize gnuplot @ osx x11 terminal. downloaded newest version of xquartz 2.7.7 , brewed gnuplot 4.6.6 --with-x option. however, when seek

gnuplot> plot(sin(x))

xquartz opens, there no window plot. when "show windows", there nil @ all. can gnuplot png. can open "xterm" through terminal. tried reinstall both programs many times, nil seems work.

any thought problem? (i need these 2 tools because of octave.) give thanks you
