amazon web services - AWS S3 max number of buckets for IAM user or Root account? -

the aws s3 documentation says:

a bucket owned aws business relationship created it. each aws business relationship can own 100 buckets @ time.

would "aws account" in case refer root business relationship or iam user created bucket?

it refers root account. iam user not business relationship user role defined account.
