sql - crystal report - the main and sub report not linked all records dublicate -

i run crystal study in case:

- main study has 2 duplicate records

- sub study has 5 record (the same pol_id, other fields different)

the main linked sub pol_id

after running report, have 2 page with:

-page 1 has not linked sub-report

-pafe 2 has plenty info (it has main , sub)

-data in main-report in page 1 & 2 same

so why page 1 has not linked sub?
