Openshift: Cannot remove php cartridge -

i'm trying remove php cartridge openshift application:

rhc cartridge remove -a test -c php

openshift replies saying:

'php-5.4' cannot removed

i can remove mysql cartridge same application without problem.

stopping php cartridge first doesn't help

anybody have thought how remove php cartridge? in advance!

you can't change/remove web framework cartridge used when creating application (see user guide). why not create new application based on new web framework or diy cart?
