i trying go through instructions upload django site hosting. there "admin" button mentioned. according screen shot should situated on left of "unwatch" button. not have it. how create visible?

this seems old screenshot of github.

it should "settings": github.com/elektrik/django-hello-world, in right part of page.

the "post-receive url" service hook os part of webhooks, includes push event.
