Crystal report in visual basic using mysql database can't login to load report -

i can't login mysql database load crystal report. everytime load study form, asks database login , shows this.

database login windows shows :

server name : book_rentaldataset (i don't know why , can't changed) database : (empty , can't changed) username : password :

it means database not connecting vb crystal report . ensure this:

open code in visual basics now move add-ins in main menu then move visual info manager visdata dialogue gets opened . go files select open databases select datasource , come in credentials

press ok ensure if connected

you may locate errors same switching to file>errors .
