i added new user itunes connect become 1 of 25 internal testers available prerelease testing on started ios 8. when go user's profile on "users , roles" > "[name of user]" i'm not seeing button @ all:

what's wrong?

you need edit role of new user. under "roles" tab:

you must allow new user @ to the lowest degree have "technical" access. shown:

even though says "in-app purchase tester" correlates beingness "internal tester" (1 of 25 max) through new testflight protocol integrated itunesconnect.

note the device must running ios 8 , must have new testflight app appstore.
