there no way using windows scheduler without 3rd party application, alternative import info sage 50 via file > import menu alternative using csv files , cannot scheduled external application.

i suppose write cbt hook send messages sage drive amount of development effort involved in doing may purchase 3rd party app.

there plenty of 3rd party apps on market won't mention here google "sage integration" , there few job you.
