drupal - How can a group manager create new users from within an Organic Group? -

is there way organic grouping manager create new users , automatically assign them group? currently, og allows grouping manager add together users have registered site, there no form shows create user form available site administrators (as opposed grouping managers).

i've seen config users can subscribe group, it's different case. want allow grouping manager create new users , not allow users subscribe grouping themselves.

i've been searching modules , og configs couldn't find relevant search results.

this module should provide invite users in grouping out side of site not exist users. when send invite 1 user email module should create user , send email user 1 time login link. invitee should login through link , update his/her profile information.
