weblogic12c - weblogic 12c not loading application properties file -

we're moving oc4j weblogic , have properties files reside outside of ear file. in oc4j set them in "applib" directory. i've read far weblogic says set file in user_projects\domains\mydomain directory, that's not working.

is there directory need utilize or how forcefulness weblogic in user_projects\domains\mydomain application properties files?

maybe not best solution, @ to the lowest degree workaround. edited wls12130\oracle_common\common\bin\commenv.cmd , appended domain home dir line:

set weblogic_classpath=%java_home%\lib\tools.jar;%profile_classpath%;%ant_contrib%\lib\ant-contrib.jar;%cam_nodemanager_jar_path%;%domain_home%
