GAE email quota increase timing and Google contact? -

submitted request increment email quota several weeks ago, have not heard , every time click link says it's under review. read other threads , seems 1 week normal response. have tried navigating google's client service contacts not find seemed apply contacting anyone.

fwiw it's paid app through google wallet anytime email sent few pennies in google's pockets, want explain whomever in charge of approving increase. not under paid account, although billing-enabled business relationship every 1 time in awhile google gets few more pennies usage quotas beingness exceeded.

anybody have contact number or advice?
