sql server - SSRS Reporting Parameter Refresh -

i have ssrs study dropdown list gets dates sql query 1 time user selects month/year study there 2 more drop downwards lists 1 gets set first day of month , other gets set lastly day of month default these work great. problem when user wants alter study after nail view study 2 lists 1st day , lastly day not change. have read problem, i'm new ssrs reporting , looking little help on this.
