wamp - WampServer 2.5 php-win.exe task -

wampserver 2.5 starts php-win.exe process on (re-)start.

this process uses lot of cpu , i/o, causing slowdowns on 1 of harddisks , 100% utilize of 1 of cpu cores.

i typically kill process manually, doesn't seem impact in way.

but rather process didn't start @ all, or somehow utilize less cpu , i/o.

what php-win.exe process , how can alter it?

php-win.exe php command line processor 1 not need dos box run in.

it used wampserver of wampserver uses php of stuff.

if initial processing causing problems suggest odd startup processing done in php takes milli second.

it suggest wrong somewhere.

these wampserver startup processes study errors php error log suggest in there clues.
