i trying "setid" , "getid" of defaultscheduleevent object, create object , manually set id of event (e.g. 15) ,but when seek id (expecting same setted 15) got this: c3e083a9-c418-4753-976c-801c0e9e6157, believe object id,

do guys know why dont id setted?

i using primefaces 4.0

had same problem, after working on while, found solution worked me. problem id assigned when add together event event model. if set id after added the eventmodel, maintain id. use:

private schedulemodel eventmodel; private scheduleevent event; event = new defaultscheduleevent(title, begindate, enddate); eventmodel.addevent(event); event.setid(cliententity.getid());

instead of

event = new defaultscheduleevent(title, begindate, enddate); event.setid(cliententity.getid()); eventmodel.addevent(event);
