javascript - Safari Extension and (extension) reload button suddenly not working -

i've got simple test extension pops alert.

the problem extension (which installed) isn't working @ all. 'reload' button in extension builder isn't functioning either, though 5 minutes ago. i've restarted safari multiple times, no avail.

any thought on earth happening here?
