i have created landing page in tableau links several reports open 1 home screen using dashboard. thought dashboard came from:

i have placed workbook onto dashboard , created url action. 1 time user clicks on link should take them link provided.

the issue is, when user clicks on link, opens new tab within browser. not want this. landing page goes through several pages, imagine user frustration when opening new tab every click.

can advise how can add together action url open in same tab user in.

i have checked several solution online, 1 beingness promising, still fails work solution:
