my visual studio 2010 has been loading slow lately (takes 2 minutes start up, hangs longer).

i've debugged devenv /log pasted activitylog.xml excel , calculated time difference between each logged step.

supposedly between step 698 , 699 took 71 seconds , have no thought why?

i've had issue before - deleting associated .suo file help, since become bit bloated on time. you'll lose bookmarks , preferences, however.
