Using paypal IPN sample code but it doesnt work -

i'm trying setup paypal ipn skype bot can't work. using paypal sample code found here: https://github.com/paypal/ipn-code-samples/blob/master/paypal_ipn.php maintain on getting we not send ipn due http error: 500: internal server error paypal's ipn simulator.

i need help this. i'm not php.
