is possible create app it's sole purpose toggle on/off facebook force notifications? (like quiet facebook)?

if give app notification-access permissions should able dismiss notifications pop-up, user still notified (sound or vibrating), although won't see notification when device unlocked app have dismissed it.

pushbullet that.

in case it's no use, user can go facebook app details , uncheck notifications box.
