recently i've had adobe border zips sent me. should've been simple process became tricky due of advertisement server's limitations..

re: including mutual files locally, please don't! ads served deliberately don't cache. please utilize cdn. charged overage fees big files, , finance director moans @ me if there's overage fees in lastly month's advertisement serving bills.

re: file sizes, charged overage fees advertisement creatives beyond file size. in reality wave through things larger 100kb if seems reasonable (or if there's video involved), if simple 300x250 advertisement no discernable reason why it's 200kb, reject it. can away odd overage charge on aol bills..
