hi, all:      i have problem in installing jdk5 on os x 10.9.4, couldn't find install file in oralce website , apple developer site, how install jdk5 on os x 10.9.4?     thank in advance.     updated: used script in github: install script , 32 bit...i need 64 bit.

you can't. prior java 7, apple managed java jre/jdk. came pre-installed (or auto-installed on first time use). apple's java implementation, have no selection on version install -- version of os x able install version of java , no other. i'm not sure lastly version of os x run java 5 was, 10.9 mavericks uses java 6.

in os x 10.9, choices apple's java 6 (auto-installed on first time use) or oracle's java 7 (downloaded form oracle's website). applies both jre , jdk.

java osx install jdk1.5

rest - How to invalidate user session on inactivity in a stateless server? - i'm building stateless restful server backend in java, used angularjs frontend. since should stateless, don't create sessions generate access tokens, more exactly json web tokens, client has nowadays on every request. the tokens contain "expires" field acts absolute expiration date. however, have additional expiration on user inactivity. define access token valid long 24 hours if user active 1 time every 30 minutes. i implement writing database on every request , verify time between requests, seems lot of work working out of box when using application server's session management. to 100% stateless on server side need force state logic client. solution is: issue jwt 2 expiry dates (one session - 30 minutes, sec refresh - 24h) implement getting new token same user previous token (new token has new expiry date session, same refresh) reject requests when whatever expir
